PARTE DISPOSITIVA Por los fundamentos anteriormente expuestos, este Juzgado Tercero de Primera Instancia en lo Civil, Mercantil y del Tránsito de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Táchira, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley, DECIDE: PRIMERO: INADMISIBLE la acción de Amparo Constitucional incoada por los ciudadanos CARLOS PADRÓN y PEDRO JOSÉ VILLARREAL, en su condición de socios de la COOPERATIVA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA (ASOCOOBOVE22), actuando el primero a través de su apoderada judicial Abg. Yenny Raquel Ramírez Pineda, y el segundo asistido por esta misma abogada, en contra de los ciudadanos LUIS VALDEMAR MEDINA MEDINA, JESÚS ANTONIO GÓMEZ MOLINA, ANTONIO MARÍA. MEDINA CHACÓN, JESÚS ANTONIO CORTÉZ MONCADA, JOSÉ ANTONIO CORTÉZ ROA, NOLBERTO DE JESÚS CONTRERAS RAMÍREZ, JAIRO FERNANDO ALVIÁRES MORA, ALFONSO LIGORIO MONTOYA CHACÓN y RAMÓN ROSALES DUQUE. SEGUNDO: Se REVOCA la sentencia proferida por la Juez.....
