Por los razonamientos y motivaciones contenidas anteriormente, este JUZGADO PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA AGRARIA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO TÁCHIRA, Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la República Bolivariana y por Autoridad de la Ley, Declara: PRIMERO: SIN LUGAR LA OPOSICIÓN A LA ADMISIÓN DE LAS PRUEBAS propuesta por el abogado ALEXEI GONZÁLEZ CHACÓN, en su carácter de representante judicial de la parte demandante ciudadanos ALIRIO ALFONSO BASTOS y CARMEN ROSA VILLAMIZAR DE BASTO.
