Se declaró Con Lugar

PRIMERO: Se declara PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR la demanda interpuesta por las ciudadanas CENOBIA ROSALES DE BECERRA, SULVEY COROMOTO BECERRA ROSALES, DARCY NAYBE BECERRA ROSALES y MARIA ANDREINA BECERRA ROSALES, venezolanas, mayores de edad, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nos. V-3.194.320, V-9.249.795, V-13.349.506 y V-15.881.480 contra el ciudadano CARLOS SANCHEZ GUTIERREZ, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad No. V-9.460.943, por RESOLUCIÓN DE CONTRATO DE OPCION A COMPRA. SEGUNDO: Se declara resuelto el contrato de OPCIÓN DE COMPRA celebrado entre las demandantes CENOBIA ROSALES DE BECERRA, SULVEY COROMOTO BECERRA ROSALES, DARCY NAYBE BECERRA ROSALES y MARIA ANDREINA BECERRA ROSALES y el demandado CARLOS SANCHEZ GUTIERREZ, por ante la Notaría Pública Quinta de San Cristóbal, bajo el No. 25, Tomo 150, folios 53-54, de fecha 29 de octubre de 2001. TERCERO: Se ordena al demandado CARLOS SANCHEZ GUTIERREZ hacer entrega a las demandantes CENOBIA ROSALES DE BEC.....
