TRIBUNAL PRIMERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS JUNÍN Y RAFAEL URDANETA.

En el día de hoy, once (11) de noviembre de 2015, presentes en el Tribunal Primero Ordinario de Municipio Y ejecutor de Medidas de los Municipios Junín y Rafael Urdaneta de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Táchira, los ciudadanos: AMBAR LISSINI PEÑA, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V-15.857.549 y JOHNNY JAVIER MORA RAMIREZ, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V- 15.927.562, con la finalidad de realizar acto conciliatorio por obligación de manutención. Seguidamente se le concede el derecho de palabra al ciudadano JOHNNY JAVIER MORA RAMIREZ, quien manifestó” OFREZCO AUMENTAR LA OBLIGACIÓN DE MANUTENCIÓN A LA CANTIDAD DE SIETE MIL BOLIVARES ( BS. 7000°°) A PARTIR DE ESTA MES DE NOVIEMBRE DE 2015, COMPROMETIÉNDOME A DEPOSITAR LA DIFERENCIA DEL MES DE NOVIEMBRE, ÓSEA LA CANTIDAD DE SEIS MIL QUINIENTOS BOLÍVARES ( BS., 6500°°) EL DÍA 30 DE NOVIEMBRE DE 2015 Y QUE SE EFECTÚEN LOS DESCUENTOS DIRECTAMENTE DE NOMINA A PARTIR DEL MES DE DICIEMBRE DE 2015. IGUALMENTE ME COMPROMETO A DEPOSITAR EL DÍA 20 DE NOVIEMBRE DE 2015, LA CANTIDAD DE SIETE MIL TRESCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y DOS BOLÍVARES (BS. 7352°°) DE UTILES ESCOLARES DEL AÑO 2015. EN EL MES DE DICIEMBRE DE 2015, COMO CUOTA EXTRA LA CANTIDAD DE SIETE MIL BOLIVARES (BS. 7000°°) Y PARA EL MES DE DICIEMBRE DE 2016 LA CANTIDAD DE CATORCE MIL BOLÍVARES (BS. 14.000°°). ASI MISMO ME COMPROMETO A TRAMITAR LA INCLUSION DE MI HIJO EN BIENESTAR SOCIAL A LOS FINES DE QUE SEAN OTORGADAS LAS UNIDADES TRIBUTARIAS”. Es todo.”. Seguidamente se le concede el derecho de palabra a la ciudadana AMBAR LISSINI PEÑA, quien manifestó “ESTOY DE ACUERDO CON LO EXPUESTO POR EL PADRE DE NUESTRO HIJO. Es todo. En este estado el Tribunal les informa a las partes que los gastos médicos y de medicina deben ser compartidos en igual de condiciones, es decir, el 50% por cada uno de los progenitores. En virtud de lo expuesto este JUZGADO DE LOS MUNICIPIOS JUNIN Y RAFAEL URDANETA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO TACHIRA, HOMOLOGA EL PRESENTE ACUERDO DE CONFORMIDAD CON LO ESTABLECIDO EN EL ARTICULO 375 DE LA LEY ORGANICA PARA LA PROTECCION DEL NIÑO, NIÑA Y DEL ADOLESCENTE, OTORGANDOLE EL CARÁCTER DE COSA JUZGADA Y EJECUTIVA.
